Facebook Watch may be the best new way for magazine publishers to put their brands in the spotlight. The recently launched Watch feature lets publishers upload original video content, ranging from comedy, reality TV, sports and documentaries. Similar to YouTube, Watch lets Facebook users subscribe to channels and discover new shows. Our current favorite is Time Inc.’s “Homemade vs. The Internet”, a hilarious cooking competition show, with just the right amount of cheek — perfect for web viewing.

Magazine publishers may find Watch to be a terrific new platform for bringing audiences back to their brands.
